Ingredients

• 1 lb pecan halves

• 1 egg white

• 1 tbsp water

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. In a bowl, whisk egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy.

3. Add pecans and coat evenly.

4. In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

5. Toss coated pecans in the cinnamon sugar until completely covered.
