Turn your logo, artwork, or design into custom patches made specifically for you.
Choose between a classic laser-engraved rawhide leatherette patch or a vibrant full-color UV printed patch. These are ideal for businesses, hat makers, fire departments, teams, schools, clubs, organizations, events, and anyone needing custom branded patches.
Custom shapes are available. Your patch does not have to be a standard rectangle, square, or circle. We can cut custom shapes to better fit your logo or artwork when appropriate.
Heat-activated adhesive backing included. Each patch comes ready for application with a heat-activated adhesive backing, making it easy to apply to compatible hats and other suitable materials using a heat press.

Laser Engraved – Rawhide Leatherette: Your design is laser engraved into rawhide-look leatherette for a classic, professional leather-patch appearance with strong contrast.
UV Printed – Full Color: Your artwork is printed directly onto the patch for colorful logos, detailed artwork, gradients, and designs that need more than a one-color engraved look.
How It Works
- Select your patch style and quantity.
- Send us your logo or artwork. Use the artwork upload option on the product page when available, or provide the best-quality version of your design you have.
- Add any special instructions for color, shape, orientation, or other details.
- We’ll review your artwork before production and contact you if anything needs to be adjusted.
- Once the artwork is ready, your custom patches will be produced and shipped.
Artwork & Custom Shapes
You do not need perfect production-ready artwork. Send us the best version you have and we’ll review small text, thin lines, contrast, colors, overall shape, and how well the artwork will reproduce.
Vector artwork is preferred when available. Recommended file types include SVG, PDF, PNG, or high-resolution JPG/JPEG.
If significant artwork recreation or an unusually large or complex patch is needed, we’ll discuss it with you before production.
